Mandy Weston DMS - Managing Director

I am the founder of Wize Consulting, a mum of three and have been in administration for 30 years, I developed over that time from an administrator to Executive Board Director. As well as being very hands on I specialise in Business Process Reengineering and also providing executive services for business in the role of Non Executive Director

Cariann Jones BSc (Hons) - Virtual Administration Director

Cariann is a university graduate that developed her own part time fitness business straight from leaving university. An employed member of the team who looks after our book keeping and financial administrative clients, Cariann is our expert on word and excel and has the flexibility to work at our base or at clients offices. When she is not doing this she is keeping us all fit with her Zumba fitness classes.

Nicola Hewer - PA and Events Coordinator

Nicola is a mum of two boys and loves the flexibility the role gives her as work life balance is a critical factor. Nicola has worked with me for over 15 years in the capacity of PA and has provided administrative support to executive boards of up to 10 members. She also have over 20 years experience in event management and loves the challenge of running events however large or small.

Alison Lavelle - Training Associate

As with most of the team Alison has been a valued associate for over 15 years. Alison's career initially started in the travel industry where she progressed into a management role, in more recent years after having her family she moved into the area of business administration and training. Alison's experience and passion for training and development is complimented with certification in ILM and CIEH Training. Alison has joined our team to develop a first class training department within the business.

Linda Gatehouse - Associate Business Analyst

Linda and I started our careers together more years ago than I would like to divulge. Linda is an extremely experienced business analyst supported by her qualification as Prince 2 Practitioner and BCS Business Analyst Practitioner, she is disciplined, and highly-motivated and has worked on a wide range of projects. Linda is an accomplished communicator with strong investigation, problem-solving and decision-making skills, combined with a pragmatic approach and sound commercial awareness.
